This Delivery Policy applies to all purchases you make from Dale Price and our website and shop at Dale Price.com operated by Dale Price Flooring Solutions Ltd of Unit 12 Dale Court, South Kirkby, Pontefract, WF9 3FL (“Dale Price”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).


By placing an order for any of our products, you represent that you have read this policy and that you agree to and fully accept the terms of this policy. If you do not agree with or fully accept the terms of this policy, please do not place an order with us.

Delivery


As soon as your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. 


Deliveries are curbside only due to orders being packed on pallets.


Delivery for orders over £350.00 across England and Wales (London restrictions apply) are free of charge.


Delivery for orders below £350.00 across England and Wales (London restrictions apply) are charged with £50.00+Vat.


Delivery for orders to the following London areas are charged an additional £20+Vat:

Postcodes E,N,NW,SE (except SE1,11), SW (except SW1,3,5,7,10), W (except W1-2,8,10-11,14)


Delivery for orders to Scotland can be made but would need to contact us for delivery cost first.


Unfortunately, we do NOT ship to Ireland.


Delivery times


Your order typically ships within 1-2 working days depending on stock availability and delivered within 3 working days from shipment. The delivery days listed above are a guide and we may need to change these occasionally. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or Local/Public Holidays.


My delivery is damaged, what can I do?


If you have received a damaged item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery and include pictures of the damaged item so that the damage can be verified. Please do not dispose of the item until you have heard back from us. A claim can only be considered if it can be clearly shown that the item(s) are faulty or damaged.

This might be for a number of reasons, such as to reflect a change in the law or to accommodate a change in our business practices and the way we use cookies.
